User Interviews User – Melhus municipality – Users’ experiences with substance abuse and mental health services in the municipality of Melhus
User Interviews User in the municipality of Melhus was conducted in the period of September 2015 to March 2016.
The idea to conduct a UIU-survey came as a part of Melhus’ participation in KS (Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities)’ national learning network for patient care. User participation in the municipality had been requested in the networks’ gatherings. In order to engage users in voicing their experiences, Melhus chose to enter a partnership with KBT.
